Stephen M. Monroe is a partner and managing editor at Irving Levin Associates, a noted healthcare financial publisher. Mr. Monroe has been with Irving Levin since 1986 and has published hundreds of articles on various aspects of investing in health care and long-term care businesses. He is a regular contributor to Contemporary Long Term Care Magazine. He is the senior editor of The SeniorCare Investor, The Health Care M&A Monthly, The Health Care M&A Report, Jenks Health Care Business Report and several annual acquisition reports. He is often a speaker at conferences for national organizations, including the National Investment Center, and teaches seminars nationally. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Monroe was a vice president of investment banking at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York City. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Vermont, and received his MBA in finance from Columbia University.
